My personal training is truly personal. I assess my client’s fitness goals, level of fitness, injuries and any other factors to individualize the training for the client so together we can accomplish the goals and have fun. My clients worked hard within their own abilities

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet with the new client away from the gym just to introduce myself and talk with fitness goals, health goals, injuries that I need to know, answer questions and then just to get to know the new client.
After the new client decides to train with me, I put together an individualized program based on our discussions and my assessment.
The next time, we meet at the gym, the park, the house - whereever the client feels most comfortable. Then GO TO WORK!
