What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First meeting is a free session and evaluation. Then a fitness program is designed specifically for what the client needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
President and Lead Trainer David Bozza has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2005. While being an active duty member of the military, David led groups of soldiers through rigorous training, as well as strength and conditioning, flexibility and mobility, and nutritional structuring.
Upon receiving an honorable discharge from the military, David attended Arkansas State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bethune-Cookman University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. In addition, he is a certified trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness and holds multiple national certifications in Athletic Coaching.
David is also a top performance athlete. After finishing football in college, David continued his career and performed at camps with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Canadian Football League teams, and traveled to Australia for an international league season with the Bendigo Dragons. He was also a member of Team America in the 2014 USA vs Europe Scouting Bowl Game.
David has a true passion for helping others in fitness. From decreasing body fat to gaining lean muscle mass, his experience ranges from youth in athletics to training elders in corrective exercise and continues to change lives.

Ages 6-73 so far. Have years of experience in training clients for athletics, weight loss, muscle gain, balance & mobility, rehab, etc.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Spend time with the coach, get comfortable to know them and their background before beginning exercise. Share with the coach your background, struggles and expectations so we can best assist you. It is in our hearts to serve you well and impact your life in a great way.
