For me, a big piece of sticking with anything long-term is who I have guiding me. Ive certainly made progress with other trainers, but Andie is the first one Ive had that I actually feel cares about my well-being as a human being and then guides my development and progression within that context.
In the beginning, I was actually uncomfortable with how much she was reaching out and asking about how I was doing with both the nutrition plan and workout plan because it was something I hadnt experienced before. Especially in the beginning when she knew I was fumbling through a lot of the eating and lifting, she really wanted to make sure I felt okay as often as possible.
What helped then and what helps now is that she listens to my feedback and then helps me tweak here and there or helps me understand why I should stay the course when necessary. She doesnt give me a ton of information when less can be said and she doesnt give off an air of trying to sound more knowledgeable than me about something. Its all genuine and its all for the right reasons.
One of the biggest things shes given me is the roadmap to build a body Im starting to enjoy carrying around and a body I look forward to continuing to shape. And considering it only took four months for that to happen, albeit with me deviating from the eating and lifting from time to time throughout that process, thats really saying something.

Andie is just really good at what she does and Ive had the best nutrition coaching experience with her. I was a little clueless when I first came to her, but she helped me figure out my goals and showed me exactly how to achieve what I wanted. A right nutritionist wouldnt just give you a meal plan to follow, but teach you how to structure your diet around your lifestyle and eventually into it. And thats exactly what Andie did for me. Most importantly, she taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food. She was available whenever I had questions no matter how basic and silly they were. The best part about Andie is that I felt like she really cared about my growth and was genuinely happy to see me progress in my body recomposition journey. This is most definitely a 5 star review and I highly encourage everyone to take nutrition coaching from Andie, regardless of your goals.

Coach Andie has helped me drop over 50 pounds. She is fantastic at what she does and will give you the blue print to success. I was skeptical coming into this as I have been involved in strength training my entire life, I could not be more pleased with the results and accountability Coach Andie provides. Andie is literally the greatest nutrition coach I have ever had, she helps you get through tough days of dieting and even days of binging. I had went through a major cut, and Andie was there throughout the whole time and even now when I am recovering and recomping! I lost 20 pounds being coached by her, and now I’m gaining muscle quickly with the plan she has put me on. She will give you a solid nutrition plan, and will make sure she’s there every step of the way. Even on days where I would lose track, she will create a fix by giving you a modified plan the next few days. I recommend her to all different types of athletes, no matter what your goal is. She will guide you and teach you to help you reach the best version of yourself. she’s a 10/10🙌🏽❤️
