I have been working with Joseph for nine months and could not be more pleased with my results. He crafted a personalized training plan that has consistently delivered results by increasing my strength while decreasing my body mass. And the continual positive reinforcement I receive motivates me to work harder each week to achieve my goals. These are just a few testaments to the value Best Ever Body has brought to my life and the improvements to my health and well-being that would not have been possible without their guidance.

Do your homework and research. Don't just settle on the least expensive trainer.
The old saying "you get what you pay for" is very true in this business. Ask for references/reviews. Do they have a professional website? What are their certifications? Are they on Facebook? Do they have any formal nutritional training? Professional trainers that are serious about their business will carry general and professional liability insurance. Ask to see their current certificate. Don't be shy about asking these questions.
