What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First session starts as a meet and greet and can continue with a fitness assessment to get a better understanding of your fitness level, functional movement capabilities and any limitations that you may have. If time allows, a short workout will follow to introduce you to my training style and modalities that I use during training.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in April of 2015 and became certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in May of 2015.

I have continued my education through NASM and have become certified in Corrective Exercise (CES), Performance Enhancement (PES), Behavior Change (BCS), and Fitness Nutrition (FNS). I have also studied with Precision Nutrition and have a Level 1 certification with them.

I am currently studying to become certifited in Youth Exercise through NASM.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I currently charge $70 per hour for single one on one training or $100 per hour for two-person training.
