Hi, I’m Coach Vickie Clark, founder of The Weight Loss Connection Transformation Center. I’m an ACE Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Weight Management Specialist with 10 years of experience helping people lose weight, improve their fitness, build confidence, and create healthier lifestyles.

I specialize in helping women, especially women 40 and over, who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with weight loss. My coaching combines faith, nutrition, fitness, mindset, and accountability so clients can get results without feeling like they have to do extreme dieting or spend hours in the gym.

Working with me is supportive, encouraging, and structured. I meet clients where they are, help them understand what their body needs, and teach simple steps they can actually follow. My goal is not just to help you lose weight, but to help you regain your health, build strength, and create habits you can maintain long-term.

What makes my business stand out is my faith-fueled, science-backed approach. I use my SURRENDER method to help clients focus on nutrition, portion control, mindset renewal, consistency, movement, hydration, and accountability. I’ve also personally lost 100 pounds, so I understand the journey from both a professional and personal perspective.

I love this work because I get to watch people transform from the inside out. When a client realizes they are stronger than they thought, healthier than they were, and capable of lasting change, that is what makes this work so rewarding.
