About
I'm a CrossFit Level I coach and NSCA Strength & Conditioning Specialist offering a variety of services for you to improve your health and wellness.
Given these challenging times, I understand not everyone feels comfortable visiting the gym. I'm pleased to offer both virtual and in-person personal training sessions.
I also offer an exercise programming service. Instead of hiring a personal trainer for every session, which can become extremely expensive, I'll use your likes/dislikes, current physical level, and goals to develop a monthly plan.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and offer massages either inside my home in Panthersville or I can travel to you. I can perform a "therapeautic" session to ease tension and help you feel better, or I can perform an "athletic" massage that targets deeper muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I'll begin by getting to know them. Why are they interested in personal training services? Maybe they want to lose weight, build strength or train for an upcoming 5k. Then we'll talk about what level of commitment and oversight is right for the. Some people love the accountability of having a set time for virtual training. Others want to do the workouts on their own and not be bothered much. I'm here to support you in whatever capacity you need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and hold the NSCA Strength & Conditioning Specialist certificaiton. I have been teaching group classes for years, including total body bootcamps, spin, and TRX. I have also been coaching CrossFit for about a year and a half, both in Texas and now in Atlanta.
In addition, I'm a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant so injury prevention and safety is a priority! I can help you return to full activity from injuries or identify what muscles you need to strengthen or mobilize to reduce those aches.
