With over 20 years of Fitness training experience & countless different training certifications. Chuck has seen and tested almost every program imaginable. His trsining will help establish where your base fitness level is and develop you through evaluations in core stabilization muscle development, symmetrical strength development, and a strong focus on proper form and technique. His goal is to teach you everything he has learned to ensure he is the last Fitness Instructor you will ever need for anything other than motivation.
I get immense satisfaction and pride out of teaching and helping someone achieve goals that they either could not attain on their own or did not think they could achieve. Everyone loves the feeling of helping someone achieve a goal and/or feel better about themselves. I get to do it as a job, what's not to enjoy?

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Step one with new clients is to put hem through an evaluation phase that focuses on finding their base fitness level. Teaching proper form and technique, as well as working to improve core/stabilization muscles, flexibility, and level out your symmetrical strength/conditioning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 4 years of Special Operation Marine Corp (2 years as a head training instructor) I have gone through almost every major fitness certification in an effort to learn as much as I can so that I am able to help each and every person who comes to me for help. I am continually trying to learn more.

How did you get started teaching?
I started as an instructor in Special Operations Marine Corps (Force Recon). After that I managed a gym before realizing I could help more people by training them.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have clients that are 8 YO golf pro's and I have clients that are 83 YO ladies looking to stay healthy and strong. I have client working with me to loose weight, build muscle mass, build strength, and recover from sports injuries/surgery. I feel I am able to help almost anyone who comes to me. The two things I can guarantee 100% is that I can improve your strength and your conditioning. Everything outside of those two have multiple different factors that play into them i.e. genetics, family history, your focus, stress, rest, and your level of drive. I can help you!
