I started training with Tony because I wanted to get back in shape and feel strong again. He’s been awesome to work with—I feel way more confident in the gym now and actually know what I’m doing.
Tony’s training style is super personalized. He really listens, adjusts things to fit my goals, and makes sure I’m progressing in a way that works for me. I’ve especially loved working on barbell lifts, like the overhead press, and seeing my strength improve.
Since training with him, I’ve been way more consistent in the gym (four times a week!), and I’m paying more attention to my diet. I’ve had some setbacks, like minor injuries and just struggling to find time, but Tony always helps me work around them and stay on track.
Now, I feel stronger, more confident, my clothes fit better, and even my sleep has improved. I’d definitely recommend training with Tony—he’s super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and makes the whole experience really comfortable and motivating.

Tony has been amazing! I came to him because I was having hip pain after a bad car accident that made it painful and difficult to do my regular workouts.
