I provide In-home/On-location training at your home, local fitness center, or certain gym. I bring fitness to you! If I cannot get to you due to location, I also provide online fitness or blended training via my fitness app. I am also able to design healthy meal plans to fit your needs and fitness goals.
Philosophy: “My goal is to make sure YOU achieve YOURS”. I believe in achieving total body fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
My long-term goal is to open up my own fitness studio with both online and onsite capabilities. I love helping and working with people.
I specialize in weight loss/gain, strength training, body sculpting/toning, flexibility, and special populations -pre-post-natal, adult/child obesity, diabetic, high blood pressure.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our typical intake process is to complete a new client questionnaire and schedule a phone interview to discuss goals and training options. Then, we would complete training documents -including waiver, par-q, and Pt contract. Lastly, we schedule training and get started!
