About
Giddy Up Personal Training is the one personal training studio that provides busy women with the most effective and efficient support system when it comes to making fitness a lifestyle. We focus on both mind and body solutions that fit into their daily lives. We believe that both the mind and body work together. The mind sees what the body does, and the body hears what the mind says. If both are not positive and healthy, your lifestyle is not healthy. Our approach with our partners, Achievement Strategies and Balance Fitness and Nutrition, is getting your mind and body to a healthy and positive state through customized, progressive exercise, coaching and nutrition programs. We will provide you with positive change tools that will help you gain self-control and overcome undermining habits and outdated belief systems that stand in the way of your fitness goals. We use both traditional and nontraditional methods, because we know both are needed in today's world to overcome the real-life challenges we, women, face as we work daily to balance it all.
Working hard at exercising and eating healthy can and will be a challenge, but it is a CHOICE. The quicker we understand that and make the choice, the quicker we get RESULTS. Helping clients to change their mind to this postive mindset is what is most rewarding and satisfying.
