It seemed to good to be true to get 3-4 personal workouts per week and a meal plan for only $25/month, but it is totally legit! RVDJ fitness keeps you motivated and accountable and works with your schedule and abilities. Even the nutrition plan is catered to foods of your liking. The workouts are intense but not too long and are perfect for anyone with a busy schedule and do not have time to spend hours in the gym. I have loved working with RVDJ fitness and plane to continue to do so. I would suggest RVDJ fitness to anyone looking to start a healthy lifestyle.
