I love working out and helping people achieve their fitness goals. I believe that anything is possible and it hurts me to see people struggle  over weight management because of lack of proper training program and management. That is why I am motivated to help others reach their fitness goals and make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. My client's success is my success and my clients are always successful.

I have been a personal trainer for 2 years and have helps over 100 clients achieve their goals in big gyms like LA fitness, college gyms and apartment gyms.

I have a personal training certification from one of the nations top certification program American Council of Exercise (ACE).

I am also First Aid and CPR certified by REDCROSS.

I enjoy interacting with my clients and having a good laugh while doing an excellent workout. Who said working out is not fun?!!

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I start my new clients with a complimentary initial session where I do a fitness assesment,  a short full body workout, discuss about short term and long term goals and get to know each other.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an ACE certified personal trainer familiar with exersice science, human anatomy, diet and nutrition.

 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

For a 12 week program, a session is $40.

For an 8 week program, a session is $45.

For long term clients, discounts are available.


What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with clients of all demographics.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would make sure the trainer doesnt have a lot of clients. It is easy for a trainer to lose focus on you because he/she has a lot of clients. That is why i only work with a maximum of 5 clients at a time.
