About
At Fit XO, we embrace self love while working towards individual wellness goals. Fit XO is a lifestyle, born from the ideal that there is no one size fits all approach to health and wellness. We believe everyone should have a place where they feel supported in their journey towards a better version of self.
I came to the fitness industry through my own wellness journey. At my heaviest I was over 200 lbs, and I struggled with managing stress and other health challenges. I began to challenge myself to lose weight and find a better version of myself. I started to learn what worked for my body, and realized that I wanted to learn more about fitness so I could help others do the same. My favorite part of working with a client is watching them learn just how strong they are! I love to see the "lightbulb" go off in their minds as they realize, "I can do this!"
If you are looking to start a new routine, learn more about fitness in general, or just looking for a workout partner, contact me! Let's do this together!

How did you get started teaching?
I became inspired to become a fitness professional while working towards my own health and wellness goals. I started with small, sustainable lifestyle changes like increasing activity and making simple switches in my diet. I began attending Group Fitness classes and found comradery with others whose goals aligned with mine. I no longer felt like a stranger at the gym. Soon I was attending my first Zumba Instructor Training. I’ve been teaching Zumba and Zumba Kids for the past two years, and this year I decided to complete my certification for Group Fitness and Personal Training as well.
With the support and accountability provided by my Instructors and fellow members, I am proud to say that I have lost over 30 lbs., and it’s only the beginning! My goal is to create this same welcoming experience for clients as I had. I want to implement a system so seamless that clients feel empowered to make fitness a part of their regular routine.
What types of students have you worked with?
