What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once I receive an inital request from you, we will schedual a time to meet for your Consultation / Complimentary Session. From this session, we discuss your Fitness Goals, Nutrition, and how I can help you get Results !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2005,I began my Fitness Journey at my local YMCA. One year later 2006, I obtained my YMCA Personal Training Certification. While working for the YMCA, I wanted to take my profession to the next level, as I truly enjoyed helping people with their LIfestyle Changes. So, in 2007 I obtained my Personal Trainer Certification through the American Council on Exercise.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer a variety of packages from a 4 Session Intro. Package, to Packages of 60 or more Sessions.

How did you get started teaching?
I began working at my local YMCA back in August 2005, and was employed there until October 2011.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and levels of fitness. My youngest client was 14, and my oldest client is 91.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Clients that have never exercised in their life, are excited about Fitness, after they enroll in my programs!!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You definitely want to hire a Personal Trainer who is Certified through a highly recognized firm. They must have experience, and connect with you from the start. Both Client and Trainer need to be able to work together, and communicate.
