About
I’ve been training athletes for the past 3 years, helping players sharpen their basketball skills and take their game to the next level. I played high-level high school and travel basketball at Thornridge High School, then went on to play college basketball for 2 years at a D3 University, where I also competed in track and field for 4 years. I coached 3 years of middle school basketball & am a current Meanstreets 16U coach. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education, and I’m also NASM-certified in both Personal Training and Nutrition.
What I love most about this work is helping people achieve new heights they never thought were possible. Watching players transform both physically and mentally gives me a real sense of purpose. Whether it’s learning a new move, improving athleticism and strength , or building overall confidence, I’m all in.
What makes my business stand out is how hands-on and personal I am with every session. I provide in-depth, critical analysis of each athlete’s performance, and I’m not afraid to jump in and do the workout right alongside you. With my background in biomechanics, I make sure every movement, drill, and rep is done with purpose and proper form.
If you’re looking for a trainer who blends basketball skill development, athletic performance training, and real personal investment I’m here to help you level up.
