Over 15 years ago I discovered my passion for fitness, helping others. and giving back.. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer focusing primarily on clients in the North Shore of Chicago.

I believe that when you find proper balance in your everyday then you help fill your days with endless amounts of energy and overall healthy results and longevity. I view a balance nutrition, being active and healthy habits as a path to living life with purpose. I want to empower my clients to feel good in their bodies, not ashamed.

Regardless of where you are or what you want out of your fitness journey, I will meet you there and together we will uncover the best version of yourself. I believe that in each of us is a healthy being, wanting and waiting to be unleashed to the everyday world. I am confident that I can help you find and fulfill this part of your life.

I have had a handful of personal trainers over the years, and Marco is my favorite one. He is very thoughtful and encouraging and fun! He will make the most of your thirty minutes or hour sessions with a variety of very effective exercises. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in only eight weeks so far. Highly recommend!

I have had a few trainers over the years but never anyone like Marco. While visiting with family in Chicago last year I began training with Marco and continue to do so virtually from my home in NY. My physical and emotional results are amazing. I have recently increased my sessions from three times a week to five so as to balance out with Stretching, Yoga and Mediation. Marco is a health trainer and concentrates on your whole body. Even your nutrition.
