I use physical and mental assessments, along with defining clients wants/needs to design an appropriate program.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I usually perform semi-private training sessions. This helps reduce the cost to the client. Prices are based on level of value.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been a teacher since receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Indiana University in 1996. In expanded into Personal Training in 2004. I am currently Adjunct Faculty of Kinesiology at Harper College.
What types of students have you worked with?
A have worked with clients ranging from 5 years old to 95 years old. All have differing abilities. I also work with injured military veterans.
