Jon is a great trainer. He takes personal interest in all of his clients and uses a holistic approach. I appreciate his ability to work with older clients, taking into consideration their special needs. I've also witnessed him working well with kids and athletes. I have made great personal progress in strength, agility and balance while training with him.
