About
We are an integrated Physical Therapy & Pilates center. We mainly do private lessons, duets and trios. We have weekend small group class and Pilates is incorporated into many of our physical therapy treatments. We have reformers, cadillacs, ladder barrels, wunda chair, electric chair, spine corrector and small arc barrels, foot corrector and toe gizmos. We also have treadmill, ellipticals, bike's, weights and other exercise equipment.
Our physical therapist are licensed in the state of Illinois and our pilates instructors are certified in all equipment.
We love helping people with their physical rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions, like back and neck pain, post surgical issues like rotator cuff, total joint replacements, ACL repairs, meniscus injuries, plantar fasciitis etc. We also specialize in vertigo and balance problems.
Our pilates instructors love developing indivualized programs for athletes and people who have special considerations from previous injuries or pain.
