I coach crossfit classes and help people stay fit, i offer great knowledge on the basis of Olympic weight lifting, strength and muscle gain, endurance, losing weight and feeling confident in your self and you’re body!
I love getting people in shape and making them feel confident in there mental state and there physical well being. I enjoy seeing people become fit and seeing the smile on their faces. It’s unlike anything I have ever experienced it’s an amazing feeling .

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will discuss what the goals they want to achieve, and evaluate the time line for that to be accomplished. I will do. Review on what you are looking for and establish a regime that will work for the needs you want. When we begin I will first start with the basics and proper movement, when that is established we will move to a more advanced portion. I believe in gradual progression and doing things the right way. I will not start going out heavy and jumping to the gun with a new client. The goal is a long lasting healthy lifestyle, not a short one in which injuries happen.

The Starting price is $60 per session. depending on the amount of work and goals you want to achieve or if its a multitude of things the price will flocuate
How did you get started teaching?
learn the basics and start off light till movement and technique are good enough to get more advanced. Gradual progression is key to longevity of staying fit and preventing injuries
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I am a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer, who has completed my crossfit L1 course Training. I teach crossfit classes at crossfit of naperville.
