About
I focus on the science of human movement and foundations of movement, while assisting my clients with acieving their personal goals.
My program includes:
weight Loss
strength and tone
build endurance
improved mobility (coordination)
Also with increased load (weight) and slower movement, yes, it can also help you build muscle mass, for those of you that desire to build a bigger better aesthetic physique and also improve all of the above.
My approach is suitable for ages ranging from 8-95( my great aunt is 95 yes young and getting younger everyday because of (Human Foundations) training!
As a Trainer:
I really enjoy helping others to achieve movements beyond their restrictions through techniques that allow for the re-hydration of tissues within the body, especially facsae restrictions, that limit ones range of motion. Teaching them to move without pain, lose weight, and gain strentgth, etc..
As clinical massage therapist:
All of the above applys hear as well, but I am facilitating an improved range of mtion through soft tissue manipualtion (body work/massage).
Swedish massage
Deep tissue (Myo fasciae release)
Thai techniques

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I assess their gait cycle through recording them while they run and determine the structural imbalance to help them become more semmetrical.
As a Therapist I assist the client be adding pressure to their soft tissue to increase better muscle tension balance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Soma Institute for clinical massage therapy 2016
FP Human foundations Practioner 2021
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Training $150 per session
Massage $125 per hour
How did you get started teaching?
After injuries from HS football and a few too many car accidents that left me in chronic pain, several failed PT and Chiropractors, I decided to figure it out for myself. After applying what I learn to correct my own imbalances, I decided I needed to share my knowledge with the world.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be willing to cast aside most of what you have learned about training and open your mind to movement!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why are they seeking health?
Have they sacrificed great movement mechanics for aesthetic value? (Did you endure pain in the hip to develop glutes, or shoulder pain to develop a bigger pec?)
