Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
5-10 minute call, quick and easy online paperwork, and then time to meet me at the gym! All training sessions are at Bodyworx in Oak Park.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in neuroscience from Indiana University. A masters in health sciences from Boston University. A masters from Wheaton College in Clinical Psychology, and I'm pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology that will have a specialty in Sports Psychology. I'm also a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise.
