About
My entire focus is YOU! Once we have mapped out your fitness goals and determined solutions the real work begins. No matter your current physical ability, I will create a program that maximizes your results with losing weight, improving strength, increasing endurance, or improving general mobility and flexibility. I use an overall wellness approach to transform your lifestyle and create new habits and lasting behaviors.
Getting people the RESULTS that they came for is my favorite part about training and coaching. I enjoy getting to know each one of my clients and establishing a relationship that goes beyond training and becomes a friendship. It is my mission to help you realize your potential and become confident in your body as well as your mind.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Learn as much about my new student as possible with a Nutrition and Physical Analysis. This is required so I can serve her/him to the best of my knowledge and align a program that will meet her/his specific needs. During our first meeting you will be asked to perform exercises to determine ability and/or muscle imbalances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Trinity Christian College with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2004.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on how many times per week you would like to train and is looked at as a monthly investment in yourself and your specific goals. Payments are required to be made in monthly increments and will be charged on the same date every month.
All sessions require a 12 hour notice of cancellation. Any client cancelling within that 12 hour time frame, will be billed as using that session.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching Physical Education in 2005 with middle school students, then moved on to high schoolers. Most recently I taught elementary aged students for 9 years prior to coaching women who desired to lose weight. For the past 5 years I have had much success in training and coaching many women of various ages from 25-72 years of age to boost their confidence, increase their energy, lose weight and actually keep it off for an extended period of time.
What types of students have you worked with?
All age ranges and abilities. I have worked with children ages 4 to 18 years of age. I have trained adults 25-72 years old.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Currently I serve on a Parent/Teacher Organization as the President. We put together a Family Fitness Night event in which students and parents participated in fitness and nutrition activities to raise awareness of health prevention services available within the community.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure to hire someone that will meet your individual needs. It doesn't matter how many certifications they have if they don't value you and your fitness goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How will this fit pro get me the results I require? How well does this program match my specific needs?
