About

Leslie has been coaching for over 7 years to empower others to build mental and physical resilience. Working in group fitness, education, physical therapy, and individualized movement and nutrition coaching has allowed her to work with all ages. She has experience coaching clients to accomplish goals including fat loss, muscle gain, endurance sport performance, as well as functional strength and mobility. Some of her specialties include science-informed conditioning, prenatal/postpartum training, and holistic lifestyle and behavior change. She has personal experience with endurance (TRI and Running) racing, joint health and mobility training, and recreational sports. When she's not in the gym, Leslie coaches Strength and Conditioning for a high school athletes and spends her free time biking trails with her dog.

Getting started can look different depending on the needs of each client. I like to connect with you first through a complimentary consultation(over the phone, video, or in person), so we can get to know eachother and determine if we are a good fit. This also allows me to customize your assessment experience to meet your individual needs. The assessment is a paid experience (typically in person), where I assess your mobility, cardiovascular fitness, and breathing mechanics. It is very important to me that you at least leave your assessment with some tools and direction, regardless of your chosen next steps. If you see value in the coaching program professionally recommended for you, we have the option to continue working together in person, virtually, or through a digital monthly training program.
