Hello! I am Emily, a personal and group fitness trainer in Yorkville, IL. I can help you reach your personal wellness goals. I was a competitive swimmer growing up, then in college began running marathons, ultramarathons, and in my late 20's and 30's found CrossFit.

I am a certified Level 1 Crossfit trainer who competes in strongman, powerlifting, traithlons, Spartant races and more! I am studying my Pre- and Post-natal training certificate and love to help people learn the best ways to begin their wellness journey.

- Zoom private session $40

- In person at my home gym $55

- Sunday agfternoon outdoor group fitness classes $10

- CrossFit Group classes drop in 10 for $135 ($13.50/class)

- Personal training at the CrossFit Gym is $65/hour

As a pregnant woman, I was put on bedrest and gained 50 pounds. I have worked hard to learn how to help others feel their most healthy, happy and reach their goals! I want all moms (and dads) to be confident role models and accomplish their own success in their busy lives. From no equipment workouts to the meeting in gym, I can help anyone become the BEST version of themselves.

I have always joined gyms, fitness classes, training sessions, etc and given up for various reasons. Working out with Emily is a complete game changer. For the first time ever, I look forward to working out and HATE missing her classes. Due to my sons’ baseball schedules, I have missed pretty much the last month of sessions. I went from feeling amazing working out twice a week with her back to having a lack of energy, motivation, etc. I am finally able to start back up and I cannot wait! All of her classes meet you where your fitness level is. I have never felt uncomfortable not being able to do something the absolute correct way because she shows you easier ways that are still beneficial. She is upbeat and motivating throughout the entire session and I am truly grateful for everything she has done for me both physically and mentally.

I absolutely love Emily’s classes! It is clear that she loves training and it shows in the time she takes to prepare classes that are varied, challenging and a lot of fun. These are definitely not “cookie cutter” classes - especially her Hustle Harder class. In that class we’ve done everything from jump rope to strongman activities to dumbbell/kettlebell moves…and that’s only scratching the surface. The best part of her classes, besides the fun of challenging yourself to try new things is that ANYONE can take these classes! Emily always has scaling options to work with any fitness level or injury needs…and she never makes you feel “less than” for scaling. My favorite quote she says is to do the movements “wherever you are today - just keep moving”.
Whether it’s her Cardio Kickboxing & Core or Hustle Harder group classes, or personal training, you are in great hands with Emily!
