I have been following a healthy and fit lifestyle for over 20 years now. I have a personal training certification along with CPR and AED.

Allot of people doubt that they can reach a fitness goal or lifestyle and I believe it's all possible with some guidance from the right people. Our bodies and minds are amazing machines capable of doing extrodinary things. We are designed to move, be flexible and active. Gym time, exercise and short term diets will never cheat you if you do the work. You will always get a postive result by putting in the work.

    Frequently asked questions

    After we sort out the rate, location, days and times of training then we would go thru some questions as far as clients goals, current lifestyle such as eating, sleeping and activity habits.  Depending on the clientes goals we would take pictures if the client wishes to track body compostion change.  We would track all the progress thru out the clients fitness journey. 

    I have a certification in Personal Training , CPR and AED.  In the process of completing 3 other certifications in Sports Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning, and online coaching. 

    I'm available to meet anytime on the weekends and at 6pm or after during the week.  Early mornings is a possiblity depending on the location of the meet for training.
