    Cecilia is good for your health! She takes a holistic approach. She takes into consideration a clients lifestyle, habits, schedules, and overall health when making her plan. She is able to give practical advice to overcome any barriers a client may have in reaching their goals. She is overall supportive and is a great cheerleader but also knows when to yell at you when needed. For me, I told her from the beginning that I had knee pain and therefore said that I likely will not be able to do much work on the legs. She rejected that and made legs a big part of my plan. I was dubious at first but I am happy to say that I can squat now. Pain free!

    She meets you at your fitness level but gently nudges you to reach the fitness level of which she knows you are capable. Oh yeah and she can “modify that”. So if you are looking to improve your fitness level or have some other goal relate to health, come see CeCe she will beat you up with a smile and when you complain that your are sore with a smile she says “you’re welcome”

    I have been training with Cece for over 10 years now with great results. My current body weight is back to where it was when I was in my twenties and working out. I enjoy my workouts with her and my classmates and look forward to them weekly. Our sessions are the right mix of challenge and fun. Cece always answers our questions and provides us with very helpful information to support our fitness and health. She also gives us tips on where to find cute fitness wear on sale.
