I am a personal training who works out of our home. I work with women of all ages and fitness goals. There are two golden retriever helpers that motivate along the way. I have been in the fitness industry long enough to know that I was not getting paid my worth. Hence the reason I started training people from my home. I make training affordable by allowing you to have say in what you pay. I don’t want you to break the bank to be healthy.

My focus is strength and core stability. I offer 1-on-1 or small group training. I also have a Saturday morning class during the nicer weather months.

For those who have previous fitness experience and are looking for some guidance but don’t want to meet weekly, I will make a program for you to do on your own.

Frequently asked questions

Typical process would consist of meet and greet. I want to get to know you a little better to help determine a fitness program that would work for you. The initial meeting would be very introductory. We would go over last exercise history, previous injuries or limitations, and goals and expectations. From there, we will come up with a program. We will discuss how often and how long you want to train. Training can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. I recommend 2-3 days a week to ensure results and consistency. 

I graduated from Purdue Univeristy with a degree in fitness. I am ACE certified personal trainer and been actively working with clients for 3 years. 

30 minutes sessions run for $20 a session. 45 minutes sessions run for $35 minutesa session. 60 minutes sessions run for $45 a session. If you want a lump sum of sessions, rates can decrease depending on the amount of purchase.
