    I've been working out with Coach Tina since June 2020. It has been such a pleasure to work out from home but most exciting who I have been working out with. Coach Tina is an awesome trainer, motivator, challenger, and just compassionate about the physical body as well as, the internal parts of the body. I don't believe there is anything that Coach Tina cannot teach. When she works us out, she works the total body, and I mean the total body from dumbbells, kettlebells, to bands, etc., etc., etc., she knows it all. However, every morning she gives us words of encouragement to tap into our own thinking that will change our behavior in how we think and look at ourselves. Yes, Coach Tina is the BOMB.COM of Coaches and Workout Queens! So you ask me what I like about working with Bare Body Fitness.....it's the FABULOUSNESS AND KNOWLEDGE OF OUR COACH.......COACH TINA!
