With over 24 years of competitive experience in strongman Olympic lifting and powerlifting that include multiple national and international comps. I can train anyone from a 13 year old soccer player to my oldest client being 91. I focus on mobility, stability, strength, and conditioning.
Working with all ages and walks of life from junior high kids to compitive lifters to senior citizens regain independence.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once contacted we set up a time to meet and talk over goals and time lines. After that I like to run potential clients through a free movement screening to see where we need to start
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the strength and conditioning, fitness industry for over two decades. After obtaining my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) I branched out and achieved the CPC (Certified Perfeomance Coach) and have recently because of my work with the elderly a hives the only level III CARE (Center for Aging Rehabilitation and Exercise) in the state of Kentucky.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I run a flat rate of $50 for the hour and my elderly clientele has a slight discount.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always had a passion for training and being not just stronger but having a pain free life
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from the junior high soccer player, TV news personalities, to competitive lifters (olympic weightlifting, powerlifter, strongman, and women’s bikini) and the elderly with my oldest client being in her 90’s.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have had two clients lose over 100 pounds in less than 12 months
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
when looking for any professional look at references not just followers on social media. Some of the best coaches are too busy to post obsessively on social media.
