How did you get started teaching?
I started weight training in my early teens. During college while earning my exercise science degree I was approached by several gym members to train them. 22 years later and I'm still doing what I love but now on a much larger scale.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've had a wide range of clients, from professional athletes to those who have never exercised in their life. Ages range from kids as young as 6 to adults as old as 84!

Do they have experience with similar clients? If so can you speak to their past and current clients?
