I am always pushed when I come here. Pushed to be better in every single way a lot of places do not offer the kind of devolpment you can get here.

I really enjoyed the lessons Insturctor Govinda encourages intense energy in all of his lessons. He makes sure that I am in the correct form in all of my movements, and as a result I get the maximum amount of benefit from it as possible. He also makes sure that every lesson is intense so that we can challenge ourselves as much as possible so that we can improve more and reach our goals and potential.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We take them through an intro lesson to see how they would like it. Then if they are interested we offer a special pricing for the first month. With that pricing we give three private lessons to help them get use to the warm ups. Then we  show the students their first fung fu form. Within those three private lessons they will have a good memory of the warm up so they will go into the group classes with confidence.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What do they really want to achieve in life and how do they think they can obtain that?

Do they have any short term goals?
