We specialize in external and internal health with a master that has been teaching for over 40 yrs. He has been arround more that 50,000 people. We offer cirriculum classes that give you the foundation to learn higher level movements directly from the Master himself. These movements will change your body in ways you never thought possible. Also, they will strengthen your mind and give you indomitable willpower to handle any challenge that comes your way. I really enjoyed the lessons Insturctor Govinda encourages intense energy in all of his lessons. He makes sure that I am in the correct form in all of my movements, and as a result I get the maximum amount of benefit from it as possible. He also makes sure that every lesson is intense so that we can challenge ourselves as much as possible so that we can improve more and reach our goals and potential.
We take them through an intro lesson to see how they would like it. Then if they are interested we offer a special pricing for the first month. With that pricing we give three private lessons to help them get use to the warm ups. Then we show the students their first fung fu form. Within those three private lessons they will have a good memory of the warm up so they will go into the group classes with confidence.
