What is your typical process for working with a new student?

At The Fitness Rebellion I take an individualized approach to each and every client.

I start by assessing where you currently are and help you to build out a realistic roadmap and time frame to reach your goals. Each and every plan is customized to your unique schedule, goals, and current fitness level.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) - American Council On Exercise - Fitness Nutrition Specialist Specialist - Brookbush Institue - Funactional Anatomy I, II, & III - Competitive Physique Athlete


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Rates vary depending on your unique needs & goals. I don't do any cookie cutter programs here! I actually care about getting you results and that looks different for everyone that I work with.


How did you get started teaching?

I started out as the goofy kid that got picked on and beat up and initially I just wanted more confidence and to feel better about myself.

However, I quickly became obsessed with the process and continuously growing my knowledge, spending all of my free time reading, researching, and implementing in the trenches. I feel it is my purpose and passion to help others reach their health and physique goals.

I love seeing clients reach a new goal - It makes my day to see and hear how much more energy a client has, exclaim how much weight they've lost or how much energy they've gained.


What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with hard-working men & women of all different backgrounds from busy moms & dads, high performing execs, pro-boxers, military, police, competitive bodybuilders, as well as the individual who just wants to be healthy, look good naked, and have more energy, confidence, & drive.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Before you hire a personal trainer, I recommending finding the answers to a few key questions.

Do they have clients that have achieved the results you are looking for?

Is their approach a sustainable solution that is tailored to your goals, needs, & time?

Is your coach or trainer looking to educate you for the long haul so that you understand how to do this on your own eventually?

Are they going place a large emphasis on the nutrition component?

Nutrition is the biggest driver for fat loss or building muscle. It doesn't matter how hard you train if your nutrition sucks, you won't hit your goal.

Are they obsessed with your success and will they do whatever it takes to get you where you want to be?

Why is it important to you?

The reality is you need to build healthy habits (great nutrition & weekly exercise) into your daily lifestyle and be consistent and patient.

There is no magic pill or quick fix.

Jaw dropping, amazing results take some time and effort.

However, with the right knowledge, plan, and execution, you can certainly accelerate your results!
