My name is Talia and I am health coach and personal trainer (9 years) and gym owner (6 years). My training program is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability, cardio and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. In addition to that, I provide nutritional guidance and accountability for every single person who chooses to make me their partner in fitness!
I offer convenient, 30-60 minute fat loss personal training sessions that challenge the body and deliver results every time. Every training session is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you burn the maximum fat and tone your muscles.
I can also modify your workout programs to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness level. Whether you're new to working out or you're an experienced fitness enthusiast.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with a new student is to get on the phone and have a 10-20 minute assessment on the client's goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

For a 30 minute session I charge $35 per session. For a 1 hour $70. You are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
