The quality of my academic & professional background ensures the latest & best training & education for my clients:
*Former Smith College Exercise & Sports Studies Lecturer ('99-'15) teaching physical fitness related academic courses to undergraduate & graduate students;
*Bachelor's & Master's degrees in Physical Education AND I obtained the "gold standard" NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in 2006 as well as multiple other coachibg certifications.
* I use the EXOS (formerly Core Performance) training philosophy & their bank of progressive exercises: functional training approach designed to enhance performance & decrease injuries - including the use of the TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer "Fitness Anywhere" tools - so training sessions in or out of the gym, in your home or at your local park or school yard.
Really working to understand the needs of my clients, then designing effective training to help them meet their goals safely & efficiently.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start with a 10-15 minute discussion of my clients needs, fitness & sport background and goals. Then schedule a 30-45 minute "sample" training session: then take ut from there!
