Since I left Boxing I have been training for over 15 years online and one on one. I like to teach the skills I learned growing up and helping people reach their full potential. I especially like working with problem children who just need guidance and direction. My Hernandez style of Boxing is a mixture of the sweet science of boxing combined with rapid hand and head movement techniques. I also like to focus on and teach agility skills that are developed over time and training.
Also unlike other personal trainers I like to treat each person individually and cater to their specific needs. I also train online anywhere in the country and most trainers dont.
I love the sweet science of boxing and enjoy seeing my students grow both mentally and physically.
