Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My goal as a coach is to give people empowering tools that allow them to transform their lives independent of me as fast as possible.
1) An email and phone consultation to define goals and see if we are a good fit.
2) 1hr face to face intro session that includeds a full body CNS reboot, movement evaluation, and lifestyle assessment. Short-term and long-term game plan to reach goals is laid out. Best next actions steps are determined.
3) Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are varied based on goals. However, each week includes a review an refinement of tools learned in previous sessions along with the teaching of new needed tools.
4) On-line videos, PDFs, e-mail, and text support are given between sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
