I love helping people in general. I know that exercise is a very personal and intimate topic for many. I've created a very non-threatening and safe enviornment for people to trim, tone and sculpt their best bodies. I consider myself a fat-loss specialist.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I work very closely will each new small group clients. I explain how and why we do certain exercises. I work even closer with my one on one's. Reviewing food journal and taking measurements if desired.
