I like the small group setting. You get to know Danielle and your peers working out alongside you. You hold each other accountable for working out which is a great motivator for someone like me. The workout is efficient for those busy people, but you walk away feeling energized and sore (in a good way).
I started with Danielle a few months ago and I have been able to see (and appreciate) how she is very patient with all of her clients. She finds you where you're at mentally/physically and pushes you to be the best at YOUR pace. I've been struggling with my fitness habits recently and she has been a very gracious guide in slowly getting me back to where I need to be. Try her out! It'll be worth it
I have been coming to Danielle's for a few years now, while trying different fitness centers and gyms along the way. Working out in a small group setting, helps drive consistency and accountability! This is what keeps me coming back! The small group training settings allows Danielle to tailor the exercises for varying skill level and ability. I have had issues with my knees, in the past (like many), and have been able to continue to work out with Danielle, as she will tailor the routine for me during those times. It's a wonderful, comfortable and challenging atmosphere all at once! Highly recommend!
Danielle is Awesome. Great at motivating even the half asleep early 6am crowd! Caring and high energy, Danielle's classes are fun and a joy to come to. Makes you fell great and saying "Got to keep coming back!"
I work very closely will each new small group clients. I explain how and why we do certain exercises. I work even closer with my one on one's. Reviewing food journal and taking measurements if desired.
