It can be so difficult to find a trainer that possesses solid technical acumen that will also dedicate the time to truly understand your personal fitness goals. Marina will work with you to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals, big or small. She is an excellent motivator, and will guide you using terminology that you can actually comprehend. With Marina every workout is unique, and she brings an infectious sense of humor to help take the edge off of challenging workouts. Her boxing mittwork sessions are fun, technical, and rooted in practical application. Since training with Marina, I have noticed significant improvements in strength, conditioning, and balance. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone looking to make strides towards improving their health and wellness, and anyone with a passion for pugilism.
