When working with a new client, I will have them come in for a session to give us a chance to get to know each other. During the first intial session, I will talk about everything from experience level, eating habits, limiting factors, and overall goals when hiring me as their coach!
If a client chooses to take part in my Online Coaching, I will set up a time and date that best suits them to go over everything needed!

How did you get started teaching?
I began putting out content on social media, and more and more people started to seek advice, so I began taking those people on as clients and charging them for my service. I had the opportunity to start training people in person to then work my way out of my 8-5 job to do this full time!
