About
I do one on one or two on one private training in people's homes or yards. Programs are customized to the clients specific abilities, limitations and goals. This ensures the client is on the path to obtaining the resulst they desire. Nutrition planning is also a component of this program if the goal warrants it.
I also operate an adult group training program. The ultimate boot camp style workout for busy, working adults. This program has impacted many lives since it started in 2009. You have my support inside and outside of the workouts. The coaching doesn't end when you leave the facility. I've been in the fitness industry since 1998. I have a master's degree in human performance health and fitness.
I'm a lifelong fitness professional with over 20 years of experience. This is what I do and what I was meant to do! I ahve a masters degree in human performance, health and fitness. Making peoples lives better through exercise and healthy habits is why I get up every morning. I've worked on major college campuses like Boston College and Harvard University. I've also worked at multip purpose facilities like Dedham Health and Athletic Complex. One on one training at BodyScapes in Newton Ma as well.
My programming is specific to the clients needs. If there is pain in any part of the body prior to starting we will analyze why and correct. Then, we can proceed with regular programming to achieve goals. You are coached through every workout, every exercise and every rep.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A health history form is filled out. I review it and discuss it with the client. The client does a free trial to get feet wet. Modifications are made from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's degree in human performance health and fitness from Bridgewater State University. I've worked at both Harvard and Boston College in strength and conditioning departments and recreation and fitness. I've also worked at Dedham Health and Athletic Complex, and Bodyscapes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Fitness boot monthly memberships are as follows:
1 month $189/month
Personal one on one training:
$95/hour session.
How did you get started teaching?
My family was impacted by an unhealthy lifestyle when I was a kid. My father passed away at the very young age of 45 years old due to heart disease. I decided to gear my career towards helping other families avoid the tragedy that ours did.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types. College athletes, every day people, working adults, senior citizens.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Experience is very important. Don't base it solely on which teacher is least expensive.
