BAY HILL FITNESS
About
I've been working with clients professionally for 30yrs. I moved down from Boston, MA last year where I owned a private fitness training facilty since 1997. My background is Physical Therapy and Orthopedics so, injury rehab is an aspect I have extensive experience in. I have worked with clients from ages 14 to 86 and pro athletes to patients with chronic diseases as well.
. Currently I am in-home training all clients where if needed I can bring the necessary equipment to train. Or if you feel more comfortable, I have a full gym in my home where we can conduct online sessions where I can show you how to do the exercises while watching form and live time answer any questions you have. For more information, my old site address (being updated) is: www.belmont-fitness.com
