About this pro

I am a certified personal trainer with 14 years of in the trenches training for people of all levels. I have a passion for fitness and believe we all have an athlete inside of us. Always Keep it simple and stick to the basics! Why try to over complicate things with complex things you see in the Fitness world today, stick to what’s Proven to work. This is true with your Nutrition as well. We must take action to meet our goals! 100% consistent, continuous action to build the best version of yourself. Trust the process and everything will come with time and don’t compare yourself with what someone else may have achieved. You may  hit your peak or goal in a month, 6 months, a year, who knows? Ultimately there is no quick fix it’s a lifestyle change that will make it happen. Keep workin and you will achieve, no excuses do the work! I am a Thumbtack Top Pro trainer now 4 years in a row.

Kyie is down to earth kinda guy. He helps with everything imaginable. He's a great inspiration for all types especially if u have injures. Recommend him 100%. I'm extremely happy about how he goes about things and he has helped me immensely. Especially if you're feeling really crappy about yourself he knows how to lift you up great guy all together.

Coach Kyie knows what he’s doing. He’s professional yet personable. He works with you in order to reach your fitness goals. He gives you the push you need but also respects your limitations. The thing I like the most about working with him is how flexible he is when it comes to scheduling. He makes sure you have no excuse for not being able to squeeze in a workout. Reach out to him, you won’t regret it.
