About
I am a certified personal trainer with 14 years of in the trenches training for people of all levels. I have a passion for fitness and believe we all have an athlete inside of us. Always Keep it simple and stick to the basics! Why try to over complicate things with complex things you see in the Fitness world today, stick to what’s Proven to work. This is true with your Nutrition as well. We must take action to meet our goals! 100% consistent, continuous action to build the best version of yourself. Trust the process and everything will come with time and don’t compare yourself with what someone else may have achieved. You may hit your peak or goal in a month, 6 months, a year, who knows? Ultimately there is no quick fix it’s a lifestyle change that will make it happen. Keep workin and you will achieve, no excuses do the work! I am a Thumbtack Top Pro trainer now 4 years in a row.

How did you get started teaching?
My career started in 2004. I was bartending at the time for my occupation but I was always into working out since I was a high school and College athlete. One of my good friends was getting married and asked if she could workout with me to lose weight for the wedding. We started training and she lost 100 lbs and all of a sudden all of the other girls at work asked if they could join us so I decided to get certified and I’ve been training people ever since.
