For students that want to begin or continue improving their health I can provide fun and challenging classes that can help students of all fitness levels achieve their goals.
For the students that already has a fitness routine but feel that it has become alittle stale or want to have a one day a week change? I can prepare a total body interval class which combines strength, core and cardio to switch up the program.
Showing students that fitness can be fun and that they can be successful.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I like to speak with the student to better understand their traininig experience, fitness goals and schedule? From here we can plan a training schedule that will best fit the students life schedule and fitness needs.

Certified Atheltic Trainer: 1992-current
Ace Certified Personal Trainer: 2013 - Current
Physical Education instrutor: 2003- current
Classes: Walking for fitness, Plyometrics, Physical Conditioning and Wellness Class(body weight fitness class)
