What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First a sit down interview to see if client will be a good fit. What their intentions are. Any injuries. Previous work with trainers. Intensity of committment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS biology and a 4 year internship at Bixby hospital and Siena Heights College sports medicine department
MS from Indiana State University in Sports medicine/sports injury rehabilitation
15 years in the clinical setting training and rehabing all orthopedic condtions.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do a 'cold' call on the place of your interest. That way you get a very good idea of what the environment is like and its trainers
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure you have the time discipline, trust and commitment. Ask yourself are you prepared to be 'taught'!
