About Dr. Oh, MD, Founder of Chiron Sports Performance:

As a sports medicine physician and former Division 1 recruited athlete, team coverage from Division 1-III college levels; I bring a unique blend of medical expertise, sports science, and firsthand athletic experience and education from the NBA-Level Player Development Program to every training session. My focus is on proper technique, sports related biomechanics, injury prevention, and developing explosive strength and agility to help you dominate on the court and in competition.

With over 12 years of coaching experience across individual and team sports, my passion for athlete development drives everything I do. As a former Division II volleyball player and a former team manager in a Division I basketball program, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to elevate athletes to their fullest potential. I specialize in personalized training, offering one-on-one and small group sessions that focus on skill development, mental toughness, and game strategy. My expertise spans basketball (all areas of the game), volleyball, and shot put, and I’ve worked with athletes ranging from beginners to elite competitors. Having had the privilege to learn from Hall of Fame coaches and work with some of the best in the game, I’m committed to passing on that knowledge to help athletes reach their goals. Whether you’re aiming to elevate your game, build confidence, or get to the next level, I’ll help you develop the skills and mindset to succeed.
