Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initial session - fitness questionnaire to gain insight about the client’s past experiences, any medical info I should be aware, lifestyle, etc.
The next step is a basic fitness assessment to create a baseline from where to start from.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My undergraduate degree is actually in education, specifically music education. I have found that the education background combined with the kinesthetic nature of teaching music transfers extremely well to training clients.

I’ve worked with students of all ages, but primarily people ages 10-30.
