We focus on safe movement technique and ensure that it is coached and executed consistently before introducing intensity. This allows us as coaches to meet you at any ability level with any goal in mind. We carry out this intention in all 6 of our coach led programs: Personal Training, Functional Fitness, Senior Functional Fitness, Kids Functional Fitness, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics. Each of our group programs additionally have an On-Ramp program where you can learn the foundational movements of the program one on one to get the best start possible.

I started attending Friction in 2018 after 5 years doing Crossfit at other locations. I began Crossfit in 2014 and have improved my fitness, mobility, flexibility and lost weight. Friction has been the best match for me. The coaching team has been encouraging and supportive in all aspects of my journey. Since I am 69 years old I will scale many movements but the coaches discuss the possibilities and insure I get the stimulus and workout that best benefits me. Over the last few years I have received many comments on my abilities to move like a much younger man. Crossfit and fitness are my lifestyle thanks to Fiction.

Every trainer knows what they are talking about. The programming in every class or personal training session has been outstanding.
