Hello everyone, my name is Todd Coburn - owner of Defined Personal Training. I've been in business for over 20+years as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Expert, Natural Healer and a "one stop shop" solution for your fitness achievements. 

I am passionate about helping others and the most rewarding aspect of my job is to change someone’s life for the better. Many individuals are drawn to my style of training because I provide fun and extremely effective workouts. 

If you're just starting out or want to give some new spice to your workout routine, then you'll gain a wealth of knowledge and obtain the ability to add an entire new regiment in your typical routine.

Why are these workouts different?? I integrate weights, plyometrics, strength, body/core exercises, boxing/kickboxing, flexibility, breathing techniques, and apply optimal nutrition fundamentals which compliments this training system. No, you don't have to be a top fit athlete, I work with all ages, sizes, colors and genetic makeup.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Provide an Initial Consultation to explore their unique makeup, fitness goals and educate them on how to better prioritize their life. Educating them is a key value and give easy to understand guidelines to follow - this ensures the client is not overwhelmed and can obtain their weekly goals. Once they have trained a few times the workouts get more targeted t their specific needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I served 8 years in the Marine Corps so hard work and dedication runs through my veins, I'm certified through ACE, IFFA, NASM and First Aid/CPR. Also have a B.S. in Natural Health and help inidividuals take a more natural approach to helath and well-being.
