We first give our students/members a complimentary fitness consultation which includes a wellness assesment and mock personal training session. It also includes a Q&A time with them to help us determine their goals and objectives while considering their starting point.
All of our Trainers are certified in the Personal Training field. Some have a "Master" certification while other have NASM or ACE certifications. In addtion, our trainers have years of experience in the health and wellness field and offer additional services such as nutritional coaching and small group training options.
